Naseeh Ghafoor Ramazan, known as N. Biography
Dr. Naseeh Ghafoor Ramazan was born in Kirkuk in 1948. His ancestry goes back to the Zanganay Faili tribe, whose ancestors left Kermanshah in East Kurdistan during the Safavid rule and moved south Kurdistan under Ottoman rule. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Kirkuk. In 1969, he was appointed as a teacher in Penjwen Primary School He was a student of the first course of teachers of the revolution in Nawprdani village of Erbil province in 1969.
He began writing poetry in 1970. In 1970 he moved to the Soviet Union to study. In 1971 he was admitted to the College of International Relations and International Law of Kiev University, where he obtained a master's degree He received his degree in International Relations and International Law from the University of Kiev on June 22, 1976. In 1980, he moved to Austria, where he lived until 1981. In 1981, he returned to Iran, where he lived until 1987.
