Dr. Naseh Ghafoor RamadanBorn in Kirkuk in 1948, he belonged to the Zangana Feyli tribe. His ancestors left Kermanshah in eastern Kurdistan during the Safavid era and moved to southern Kurdistan, then under Ottoman rule. He completed his primary, intermediate, and secondary education in Kirkuk. In 1969, he was appointed as a teacher at the Penjwen Primary School, and later that same year, he was appointed as an inspector in the education department. He became involved with the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in the summer of 1964, and in 1966 he was honored with party membership. Shawkat Sheikh Yazdin

Politician Shawkat Sheikh Yazdin Muhammad Nabi was elected as a member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - United in 1993. In 1993, he was one of the members of the committee to transfer the remains of leader Mustafa Barzani and Idris Barzani from eastern Kurdistan to southern Kurdistan.
