Biography

Pashtiwan Sadiq Abdullah was born in 1969 in Erbil The September RevolutionHe was martyred in 1968 near Pirmami village in Erbil province.

In 2005 he received his master's degree and in 2012 he received his doctorate in public law from Salahaddin University-Erbil.

In 2014, he became the Minister of Education in the eighth cabinet and in 2019, he became the Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs in the ninth cabinet of the Kurdistan Regional Government. He speaks Kurdish, Arabic and English.

Pashtiwan Sadiq Joined the ranks in Kurdistan Democratic PartyHe joined the Peshmerga forces in 1991 and fought in the Kurdistan Uprising.

In 2005-2008 he was appointed as the head of the second branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in Erbil At the Thirteenth Congress He was elected as a member of the leadership council of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). at the Fourteenth Congress  He was re-elected as a member of the Central Committee and the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) at the first meeting of the Leadership Committee.
