Biography

Salih Abdullah Najmaddin Taha was born in Duhok, the grandfather of one of the sheikhs of the Naqshbandi sect of Maulana Khalid Naqshbandi (1779-1827) in Zakho town of Mosul province. In 1952, he was arrested again for political activities by the Iraqi authorities. In 1954, he was transferred to the Zakho court. He was fluent in Kurdish and Arabic.

Khabatname

Salih Abdullah Najmaddin Taha was one of the founders of the Brusk Association in Mosul in 1939. He later joined the Kurdish Hope Party and was active in Baghdad to spread national sentiment.
