Biography

Dilshad Fatah Rashid was born in 1953. He was admitted to the Kurdish Department of Baghdad University in 1970. He was sentenced to death in absentia by a republican decree in 1974. He joined the ranks of the Peshmerga forces in 1975 After the collapse The September RevolutionHe went to Iran as a refugee and moved to Europe in 1976. In 2006, he was the Kurdistan Regional Government's representative in Baghdad. He is fluent in Kurdish, Arabic and English.
