Biography 

Engineer Mohammed Reza Arif Ali, also known as Mohammed Sheikh Reza Sargalo, was born in 1944 in Sulaimani. He graduated from the College of Agriculture of Baghdad University in 1970 The September Revolution He was a refugee from the Kingdom of Iran, moved to the Republic of Austria in May 1976 and settled there as a refugee.
