Jalil Yousef Ahmed Qasim, alias Hoshyar, Jalil Hoshyar, the judge Jalil HoshyarIn 1944, he was tried by the Iraqi authorities for supporting the Second Barzan Revolution. Biography
Jalil Yousef Ahmed Qasim, alias Hoshyar, Jalil Hoshyar, the judge Jalil HoshyarHe was born in 1921 in Erbil, Kurdistan. He received his primary, secondary and high school education in Erbil. In 1946, he received a bachelor's degree in law from the College of Law, Baghdad University He married the daughter of Karim Zansti (1900-1996), who was one of the founders of the Scientific Society and a patriot and intellectual in Sulaimani. He was a judge of the Erbil Court of Investigation in 1961-1 1980: Judge in the Court of First Instance and Appeal in Baghdad. On October 11, 1980, he was appointed as a judge in the Administrative Court of Baghdad. He retired in He was shortly reinstated and retired for the second time in He died on October 5, 1996 in Baghdad and was buried in the Sheikh Ma'roof cemetery. He was fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, Turkmen and English.
Khabatname
In 1938 he was among the founding members of the Darker Association. In 1939 he joined the Kurdish Hope Party and was known under the pseudonym Hoshyar.
