Biography
Aras Huso Mirkhan was born in 1968 in Sulaimani. He received his bachelor's degree in 1993, his master's degree in 1996 and his doctorate in pharmacy from Isfahan University in 1998 (2000-2001) In the fourth cabinet, he was the Director General of Culture and Information of the Ministry of Peshmerga and (2002-2011) he was the Director General of the Supervision and Finance Bureau of the Kurdistan Regional Government.
