Biography
Dilshad Shahab was born in 1972. In 1978, he and his family were expelled from their homeland by the Ba'ath regime and settled in Harir community. In 1983, his grandparents were executed by the Ba'ath regime. He graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Salahaddin University. In 2009, he became a member of the third session of the Kurdistan National Assembly. In 2012, he became the Minister of Municipalities and Tourism in the seventh cabinet.
