Biography

Ramazan Mohsin Amin Rashid was born in 1927 in Duhok. He graduated from high school and later attended a surveying course in Baghdad. In 1958, he was employed in the Mosul Agricultural Directorate He was imprisoned and tortured in Jalalabad prison in Diyala province. In 1966-1969, he was deported to Nasiriyah in southern Iraq by Iraqi government officials He was the director of the General Board of Agriculture in Mosul. He died in 1995 in Mosul.
