Mohammed Salim Ahmad Abdulrahman Bajluri was born in 1902 in the village of Bajluri in Zawita area of Duhok province. He was a follower of the Barzani Sheikhs and participated in the First Barzani Revolution (1931-1932). He was displaced to Iran in 1975 after the collapse of the September Revolution. He first settled in Ordagah Zeveh in East Kurdistan, then moved to Tehran, settled in Mian and then moved to Marand. He died on December 22, 2003 at the age of 101 and was buried in Duhok.
In 1943, when Barzani returned to Barzan from Sulaimani, he participated in the capture of the Amedi military base with Izzat Abdulaziz. He also participated in the battle of Sawra military base on the Blue River in Ble area.

In 1974, when the Iraqi regime regretted implementing the March 11 declaration and resumed the war against the Kurdish people and the revolution, Mohammed Salim again contacted the headquarters of the Peshmerga Battalion 4 in Duhok and expressed his readiness to help and defend the revolution. In 1979, he participated as a member of the first branch Ninth Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Partyhas done.
He returned to South Kurdistan on August 25, 1991 and settled in Duhok. On August 16, 1996, he was awarded the Barzani Medal by President Barzani on the occasion of the Golden Jubilee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP).
