Biography
Mohammed Saeed Qasim Ibrahim, known as Dr Mohammed Saeed DoskiHe was born in 1926 in Duhok. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Duhok. He graduated from Baghdad Agricultural High School in 1946. In 1951 he received a bachelor's degree from Baghdad College of Science He was sent to the United States as an envoy and was admitted to the University of Michigan. He received a bachelor's degree in agriculture in 1954 and a master's degree in international relations in the United States in He was appointed to the Ministry of Agriculture in 1954. On May 12, 1955, he was appointed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iraq by royal decree In 1956, he was promoted to the rank of first in the third grade in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Iraq. In 1957, he was appointed consul of the Kingdom of Iraq in Khorramshahr (Kingdom of Iran). In 1960, he served as the third secretary of the Iraqi Embassy in the United States. In 1964, he joined the Iraqi Embassy in the People's Republic of Libya He served as Iraq's ambassador to the Republic of Yugoslavia in 1970. He died of a heart attack in the United States on February 8, 1992. His body arrived on February 14, He was buried in Shakhkey cemetery in Duhok city. On February 9, 1998, the Duhok municipal council decided to name the square in front of the Duhok police directorate after Mohammed Saeed Doski should be done. He was fluent in Kurdish, Arabic and English.
