Professor Abdulaziz Tayeb Ahmed Mohammed, known as Abdulaziz Al-Bazzaz, was born in the city of Dohuk in 1954. He returned to Dohuk and continued his studies there after the setback. September Revolution In 1975, he completed the Teachers' Training College in the city of Duhok. In 1977, he joined the Peshmerga forces for the second time in 1982. He sought refuge in the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1988 after the Anfal campaign against the people of Bahdinan. He is fluent in both Kurdish and Arabic.

He became involved with the Kurdistan Students Union in 1970 and joined the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) that same year. In 1971, he was a member of the Duhok branch of the Kurdistan Students Union's Nineveh branch. He assumed responsibility for the Kurdistan Students Union's activities at the Ashti School in Duhok in 1971 and was elected a full member of the Duhok branch of the Kurdistan Students Union after the Seventh Congress in 1972. He was responsible for the Kurdistan Students Union's activities at Duhok Preparatory School and for the Duhok branch committee of the Kurdistan Students Union. In 1973, he became a member of the Hevi Organizations Committee, affiliated with the Duhok branch committee of the KDP's First Branch. He wrote an article in Al-Mash'al Al-Wada' magazine, the mouthpiece of the Duhok-Nineveh branch of the Kurdistan Students Union, in 1974. He joined the Peshmerga forces in 1974 and was chosen as a member of the administrative body of the Duhok-Nineveh branch of the Kurdistan Students Union that same year. Kurdistan Students, in 1985, was an active member of the Amadiya Local Committee of the First Branch. He was chosen as an active member of the First Branch within the fourteenth team during the time of Dr. Roj Nuri Shawis, and was responsible for organizations. He continued to serve with the same party rank in 1988 in the First Branch Committee and within the fifteenth team during the time of Engineer Ramzi Shaaban.
He was a member of the preparatory committee for the 10th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in 1988, and in 1989 he was elected as an alternate member of the Central Committee by the delegates of the 10th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. He continued to serve as an active member of the First Branch Committee of the Party within the 16th Group during the period of responsibility Fadel MiraniHe served as governor of Dohuk from 1992 until 2000, having been elected.

The 12th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party In 1999, he took the oath of office before the Kurdistan National Assembly on the occasion of assuming the position of Minister of Education in the fourth cabinet of the Kurdistan Regional Government on December 20, 1999. He was a member of the Higher Education Council and then became Acting Minister of Higher Education when the Council was transformed into a ministry. On Sunday, January 23, 2000, at the Ministry of Education of the Kurdistan Regional Government, he received a delegation from the Secretariat of the Kurdistan Students Union. On Thursday, June 21, 2001, as Minister of Education, and in the presence of Mohammed Mahmoud Abdulrahman (1933-2004), known as Sami Abdulrahman, he received a delegation from the Socialist International (IS). In June 2001, as Minister of Education in the Kurdistan Regional Government, he received a delegation from the University of Washington headed by Professor Mary Gray. On September 10, 2001, he participated in the Third Education Conference in the Kurdistan Region in Erbil. On August 7, 2001, he took the oath of office before the Prime Minister on the occasion of assuming the position of Acting Minister of Health and Social Affairs. In mid-2003 He became the owner of the Afaq Tarbawiya magazine, which was published by the Ministry of Education of the Kurdistan Regional Government, and also became the owner of Aswi Mandalan, which was printed in Erbil by the Ministry of Education of the Kurdistan Regional Government. He served as Minister of Agriculture in the fifth cabinet of the Kurdistan Regional Government on May 7, 2006. He was a delegate to the thirteenth conference of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in Erbil in 2010.
