This book is an academic research on the history of the Kurdish conflict between the Iraqi governments over the Kurdish areas outside the current administration of the Kurdistan Region.

The gateway to this book is about the background of geographical boundaries, the concept and framework of nationality and the characteristics of community identity.

The first part is devoted to the background of the Kurdish regions outside the Kurdistan Regional Government and the negotiation process between the Kurdish leadership and the Iraqi state. It includes two discussions and several topics July 14, 1958 Revolution. It includes two topics such as international and regional policy towards the Kurdish regions outside the Kurdistan Regional Government.
