Biography
Hemn Hawrami was born in 1976 in Halabja, Iran. He moved to Iran as a refugee with his family in 1986-1987. In 1999, he received a bachelor's degree in English language and literature from Salahaddin University, Erbil In 2018, he was elected as a member of the Kurdistan National Assembly for the fifth term and became the first vice president of the Kurdistan National Assembly.
