Struggle RecordMartyr Jabar Hamadamin became a Peshmerga in 1979 in the Said Salim unit. In 1980, he transferred to the unit of his father, Haji Doshaw, which was affiliated with the Shaqlawa District Committee of the Second Branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, at which time their Headquarters was in the Khoshnawati Valley.
After two years of displacement, in 1979, they returned to the city of Erbil, and Jabar left his family and went back to the Khoshnawati region. Jabar's father re-established a relationship in 1980 with the Gulan Revolution , and for this reason, they returned to the village of Sheikh Wasanan. In 1984, due to the harassment by enemies of the Kurdistan Democratic Party , and specifically the forces of the Union in the village of Sheikh Wasanan, they were forced to return to the Harir Plain. In 1985, after the killing of Tofiq Hariri and the deterioration of the Situation in the area, they moved their household into the Shaqlawa District and settled there. On November 15, 1986, his family and his father's entire unit were transferred to the Barzan Force and headed to the Barazgar Plain in the Bradost region, but Jabar attained the Member Level of the Shaqlawa District Committee and remained in the Khoshnawati region, taking his own household back to the village of Sheikh Wasanan. Therefore, he participated in all the epics and Party and partisan activities of the Shaqlawa District Committee in the border area.
In 1988, after the chemical bombardment of the Balisan Valley and the village of Sheikh Wasanan, Jabar and his family were among those affected by the chemical weapons. Martyr Jabar lost both of his eyes. For the purpose of treatment, they attempted to take him to the Country of Iran, but the road to Iran was closed and their attempt was in vain. Therefore, they brought him to the village of Qadyana, affiliated with the Harir sub-district, for his and his family's treatment by one of the doctors in the area. However, after one night, the Shaqlawa Security force surrounded the house and arrested Martyr Jabar and his family. After their arrest, Martyr Jabar was transferred to the Erbil Security, and two days later, his family was found with a tortured body near the Khalifan sub-district, but Jabar is still missing and there is no trace of him.
