Hashim Elias Salou, known as Mahmoud Izadi, was born in the Baadra district in 1944. He sought refuge in Iran with his family after the setback. The martyr's body was transferred to Dargali Kani Mazi in the Barwari region in 1985, and on August 18, 2001, it was transferred to Lalish in a military ceremony and in the presence of the President. شارك الشهيد محمود ايزدي في العديد من المعارك والملاحم وكان له الدور المتميز في معركة بيليفكى حيث اصيب فيها مرتين بجراح، الى جانب مشاركته في ملحمة سرسنكى، ملحمة جمان، دوستەكا وكانى، نسرى، بانى، ديره لوش، دكان، بلان، معركة مه تين و گاره.. الخ.
قام العديد من الفناني والشعراء بتنظيم قصائد وألحان عن بطولات وتضحيات الشهيد الخالد محمود ايزدي ومنهم: قادر قاچاخ، جعفر إمینکی، محمود، مؤيد طيب، عبدالرحمن مزوري، قادر حسن مەسوزه ومجيد حسو، عارف حیتو، هشیار ريکاني، حسين باعدری، ژارو دهوکی، حبیب كلش، يذكر ان كل من قادر حسن و د. سعید خوديدا ألفا كتباً عن الشهيد محمود ايزدي.
