Hama Murad Baqi Amin was born in Tawila, in the Bayara district of the Horaman region, in 1939. He was a villager who worked in agriculture and horticulture. He completed primary school.
He joined the ranks of the Peshmerga Khabat forces of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in 1966, where Abdul Wahab Atroushi was the commander of the force, and Hama Murad Baqi was one of the trusted men of the force commander, so he carried out his activities near him constantly. He participated in the battle of Juwarta, where he was wounded, and he also participated in the battle of Juwarqurna and was seriously wounded for the second time.
He was shot in the head in 1969 and died during clashes with Iraqi army forces in the Penjwen district.
