Hama Rashid Muhammad Abdul Rahman, known as (Hamé Khorsheh), was born in the village of Sarshata in the Tagozzi region of Halabja Governorate in 1950. He was a villager who practiced agriculture. He completed primary school and sought refuge in Iran after the setback. September Revolution He lived in the city of Javanrud. He was married to Khawar Ahmad and they had one son and one daughter (Nasser and Shonam).
He joined the Peshmerga ranks in the Fifth Company of the Seventh Regiment of the Piyara in the Khabat forces affiliated with the Kurdistan Democratic Party, where Hussein Beki and Kili Jawanro were the commanders of the company at that time. He participated in many battles, including: the Battle of Zozk, the Battle of Sartiz, the Battle of Sartaki Bamo, the Battle of Halabja, the Battle of Darbandikhan, the Battle of Khanaqin and the Battle of Bani Bulan.
After the setback September Revolution After seeking refuge in Iran, he rejoined the Peshmerga in the Tagozeekan regiment in 1976, which was led by Qadir Hama Saleh Tagozee. In 1977, he was seriously wounded while confronting the Iraqi army in the Battle of Bani Bolan, which belongs to the Bamo district in Halabja Governorate.
In 1979, he confronted a large force of soldiers and mercenaries from the Iraqi regime’s militias in the village of Kani Zhanan in the Taghuzi region. During the confrontation, Hama Rashid Muhammad (Hamya Khursha) and one of his Peshmerga companions (Abdullah Ahmed) were arrested and taken to Mosul prison. They were sentenced to death three months after their arrest, and they died in the city prison. He is one of the martyrs whose graves are unknown.
