Jalal Muhammad Ahmad was born in 1962 in the village of Dawla Sur, which belongs to the Nalpariz district in Penjwen. He was a villager who worked in livestock breeding and completed primary school.
He joined the Peshmerga ranks in the Hassan Sallah detachment of the Martyr Abu Bakr Bani Banuki Regiment within the Surin forces of the Darbandikhan Local Committee in the Fourth Branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. He participated in guerrilla warfare activities in the Sharazur Plain and on the Iraqi-Iranian border. He also participated in the battles of Razla and Barzan in 1981, and the battle of Nalpariz. He was seriously wounded in the battles of Razla and Barzan in 1981.
In 1982, after returning from a guerrilla warfare activity in the village of Shanir, they were ambushed by mercenaries (Jahush) belonging to the Ba'athist regime. After violent clashes between the two sides, Jalal Muhammad Ahmad was seriously wounded and fell into the hands of the mercenaries while wounded. He was later handed over to the security department in the city of Sulaymaniyah, where he was martyred after being executed by firing squad.
