Jabbar Kaka Khan Allah Karam, known as Jabbar Hama Khan Jabara Rash, was born in 1963 in the village of Mamnawa, which belongs to the Nalpariz sub-district in the Penjwen district. He was a villager who worked in agriculture. He completed the primary stage in the village of Barzan, and to complete the intermediate stage he went to the Sayed Sadiq district.
He became involved with the Kurdistan Democratic Party's organizations in the Surin organization, within the Darbandikhan local committee affiliated with the party's fourth branch, while he was in middle school. At that time, Sabir Allah Karam was in charge of the Surin organization.
He was exposed early on due to his activities, and in 1979 he was forced to join the ranks of the Peshmerga in the Martyr Abu Bakr Bani Banuki Regiment, affiliated with the Surin forces, within the Darbandikhan local committee.
In 1981, he participated in the battles of Rezleh and Barzan, the battle of the foothills of Mount Surin, the battle of Qardagh, the battle of Golan, in addition to guerrilla warfare activities in the Sharazur Plain.
On July 15, 1982, Jabbar and five of his Peshmerga comrades were ambushed between the villages of Nahwa and Kaniskan in the Khurmal district, in a minefield. They were ambushed by soldiers of the Ba'athist regime. Initially, one of his comrades (Kamal) was injured when a mine exploded, revealing their location to the enemy. The soldiers then opened fire on them, and Jabbar was hit by several bullets and died instantly. His brother Hassan and Kamal managed to escape from the area, both wounded.
