She has worked as a journalist and photographer since 1969, and co-founded the Freelance Foundation with her husband, Chris Kujira. FreelanceA journalist based in the French capital, Paris. Edith Mobet Kojira collaborated with her husband, Chris Kojira, on numerous research projects. She visited Kurdistan several times and possessed a vast collection of photographs and a rich archive documenting the Kurdish issue and Kurdistan in general. Her husband, Chris Kojira, drew extensively from her archive and photographs in his books. Mrs. Kojira was also a talented journalist who used her camera to expose the destruction of Qaladze and the crimes of the Iraqi government and Saddam Hussein to the world.
I attended Edith Mobet The 13th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party As a guest from December 11 to 18, 2010, she received the Barzani Medal and was presented with it by the President. Masoud Barzani For the services it provided to the Kurds and Kurdistan.
