Basically, this project consists of 30 volumes. The PDK Encyclopedia Board has translated only the part that is specific to the Kurdish community in the Middle East.

This book consists of four volumes on the minorities of the Middle East, specific to the Kurdish community between the years (1918-1974), contains a number of documents, the articles are organized according to time and events, prepared by B. Dastani. These four volumes rely on letters, letters exchanged and original reports.

The first volume contains 125 documents and memoirs between 1918 and 1930, which map the contemporary Kurdish history in the Middle East, beginning with the Kurdish will before the Paris Peace Conference in 1919, and continuing with the demands, complaints and uprisings of the Iraqi Kurds.
