Basically, this project consists of 30 volumes. The PDK Encyclopedia Board has translated only the part that is specific to the Kurdish community in the Middle East.

This book consists of four volumes on the minorities of the Middle East, specific to the Kurdish community between the years (1918-1974), contains a number of documents, the articles are organized according to time and events, prepared by B. Dastani. These four volumes rely on letters, letters exchanged and original reports.

Volume 4 contains 178 documents and memoranda between 1967 and 1974, focusing on the intention of the Revolutionary Leadership Council to support Bazaz's proposals in June 1966, which led to a solution to the Kurdish issue in The Revolutionary Leadership in 1974, its rejection by the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and the outbreak of war against the demands of the September Revolution.
