This book is a historical research on the life and political and cultural role of Hazhar Mukriani between 1921-1991. It consists of an introduction, three chapters and appendices.

The first part of this book deals with his political life and role until 1985 and includes two themes: his life and sources of political thought and political activities.

The second part deals with his political activities between 1959-1991 and includes two themes, which focus on his activities in Baghdad between 1959-1963, Hazhar's return to Baghdad and Iran.

The third part is about the cultural role of Hazhar Mukriani and consists of three topics that discuss his cultural background, journalism and media and his works.
