Nawzad Hadi Mawlud

Engineer and politician Nawzad Hadi Mawlud Muhammad joined the Party ranks in 1992 and was the representative of the 12th Congress (1999) and was elected in the 13th Congress in 2010 as a member of the leadership Council of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. From 2004 to 2019 he was the governor of Erbil.


Biography 

Nawzad Hadi was born in Erbil in 1963. In 1987, he received Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering from Salahaddin University - Erbil. In 1996, he was appointed as the undersecretary to the Ministry of Transport and Communications in the third cabinet. He was the head of Erbil branch of the engineers’ syndicate. He was employed as the governor of Erbil from 2004-2019. He knows Kurdish, Arabic and English.

Memoir of struggle 

Nawzad Hadi joined the party ranks in 1992. In 1992 he worked as an electrical engineer at The Voice of Kurdistan Radio and was a member of the branch of the second branch committee. 

He was the representative of the Twelfth Congress (1999) and was elected in 2010 in the thirteenth Congress as a member of the Leadership Council of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 2022 he was elected as a member of the Central Committee in the Fourteenth Congress and in the first session meeting of the leadership committee he was elected as a member of the political bureau of Kurdistan Democratic Party and became the head of organizing bureau of Mosul governorate.

Masoud Sallayi

Masoud Mustafa Kaka Hama Hussein, known as Masoud Sallayi, joined the Party ranks in 1964; in 1974 he became the administrator of the Khabat Region branch Committee, which included the General Directorates of the September Revolution.
