Martyr Zrar Abdullah Nuri was born in 1964 in the Rawandiz district, affiliated with the current Soran Independent Administration. He was literate, married, and was martyred on August 7, 1997.
In 1991, after the popular uprising in South Kurdistan, he joined the organizations of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1995, he became a Peshmerga in the Sidakan Army and participated in the battles of the Sidakan area. On August 7, 1997, he was martyred in the battle to defend the rule of law in Gali Sheikhzada in the Sidakan area by PKK militants.
