Mohammed Salih Juma

Dr. Mohammed Salih Ibrahim Juma was a member of the Kurdish Democratic Party in Syria in 1953. In 1966 he joined the organizations of the Iraqi Kurdistan Democratic Party in Europe. Then, in 1979, he was elected as a member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) (Ninth Congress).

Biography

Dr. Mohammed Salih Ibrahim Juma, also known as Hama Salih Juma, was born in 1937 in the village of Kastaki in the province of Qamishlo in Western Kurdistan. In 1959, he was admitted to the Department of Philosophy at Damascus University. After that, he leaves his studies and travels to Germany. Then in 1960, he entered the University of Munich, Department of Economics. After that in 1963, he received a bachelor's degree in international science from the University of Munich. Moreover, He received his master's degree in political economy from the University of Karl Hors in the Democratic Republic of Germany in 1967. Also, he received his doctorate in economics from the University of Karl Hors.

From 1972 to 1975 he was a professor at the Humboldt University in Berlin. He retired in 1993 as a university professor. He is fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, Syriac, Russian, German, English and Persian.


Service Record

In 1953 he became a member of the Kurdish Democratic Party in Syria. Again, in 1956 he became a member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in Syria. In 1957 he became a member of the Kurdish Democratic Party (formerly known as the Kurdistan Democratic Party). Moreover, in 1957, he was one of the founders of the Kurdish Students Association in Syria.

Muhammad joined the ranks of the Kurdish Students Association in Europe in 1960. He was a delegate to the 5th Congress of the Kurdish Students Association in Europe in West Berlin on August 22-26, 1960. Then on August 27, 1960, when he returned from the congress, he was seriously injured in a car accident. 

He was a member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in Europe and was in charge of relations between the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP)-Syria and the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP)-Iraq.

Then, he became a member of the Kurdish Students Association in Europe (KSSE) from 1960 to 1964. After that, On August 9-15, 1963, he was a delegate to the 8th Congress of the Kurdish Students Association in Europe in Munich, Germany. He was also appointed as a member of the editorial board of the magazine Hawari Welat,Organi Komala. 

On August 26-30, 1966, he participated in the eleventh congress of the Kurdish Students Association in Europe (K.S.S.E) in Berlin. In 1968, he became a member of the secretariat of the Kurdish Students Association in Europe. Then, in 1966, he oversaw the organization of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in Europe. In 1970, he was the head of the delegation of the Kurdistan Students Association to the 8th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. 

From 16-20 In February 1972, he participated in the 15th Congress of the Kurdish Students Association in Europe (K.S.S.E) in Bucharest, Romania. Additionally, in 1975, he was a member of the Secretariat of the Berlin Congress of the Kurdish Students Association in Europe. 

He was on the Kurdistan Democratic Party's (KDP) Supervisory Committee at the Ninth Congress in 1979. He was chosen to serve on the KDP's Ninth Congress Central Committee that same year. After that, he was chosen to join the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) Political Bureau.

On April 15, 1979, he visited Dr. Abdulrahman Qasemloo as a delegation of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). Moreover, on November 25, 1979, he became a member of the KDP delegation to visit Mahabad to strengthen relations between the KDP and the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran. From April 1, 1981, to July 7, 1981, he was a teacher of political economy in the seventh course of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) Cadres Institute in Razhani village of East Kurdistan. Until 1982, he was in charge of the committee that supervised the deployment of Peshmerga forces to South Kurdistan.

He was admitted to the Supervisory Committee in 1989. Later same year, he was chosen to serve on the Kurdistan Democratic Party's (KDP) Central Committee and Political Bureau. He was then chosen to join the European Relations Committee on December 13, 1990. He represented President Massoud Barzani to the Kurdish Congress of the Soviet Union in late July 1990 in Moscow, which was put on by the Soviet Academy of Sciences.

In 1993, he was a member of the Supervisory Committee of the 10th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). Then on August 22, 1993, he was elected as a member of the Central Monitoring and Inspection Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) (11th Congress).

On August 16, 1996, he was awarded the Immortal Barzani Medal by President Massoud Barzani for his services in the Gulan Revolution and the Uprising of South Kurdistan. On Saturday, November 2, 1996, he published an article in the newspaper Khabat, the “organ” of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). Additionally, in 1996, he wrote an article in the magazine Voice of Women, the “organ” of the Secretariat Bureau of the Kurdistan Women's Union.

Muhammad was a member of the peace committee between the Kurdistan National Union (KNU) and the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in 1997. Then in February 1999, he congratulated President Massoud Barzani on the opening of Kurdistan TV in Pirmam town with forty Kurdish intellectuals living in Germany. After that in 1999, he was a member of the preparatory committee 12th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and member of the Supervisory Committee of the 12th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP).

 On Saturday and Sunday, August 12-13, 2000, he was one of the supervisors of the conference of the Sixth European Branch Committee in Frankfurt (Federal Republic of Germany). After that, in 2010, he was a delegate to the 13th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). In the same year, he was an advisor to President Massoud Barzani.

In 1953, he was elected as a member of the leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP)-Iraq (3rd Congress).

Hiwa Ahmed Mustafa

Politician Hiwa Ahmed Mustafa, known as Hiwa .A.M, H. Lawk, Swara, Bawki Bizaf) joined the party ranks in 1992, he was the representative of the party in the eleventh (1993) and twelfth (1993) Congresses. In 2010 in the thirteenth congress he was elected as a member of the leadership council of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.

Masoud Mustafa Kaka Hama Hussein, known as Masoud Sallayi, joined the Party ranks in 1964; in 1974 he became the administrator of the Khabat Region branch Committee, which included the General Directorates of the September Revolution.
