Aras Hesso Mirkhan

Doctor and politician Aras Hesso Mirkhan Ghazali, known as (Dr. Aras) was the representative of the eleventh (1993) and twelfth (1999) congresses and was elected in 2010 in the thirteenth congress as a member of the leadership Council of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.


Biography 

Aras Hesso Mirkhan was born in Suleymaniyah in 1968. In 1993 he received a bachelor's degree, in 1996 a master degree, and in 1998 a doctorate degree from Isfahan University in Iran. In 2009, he received a master's degree in management from the Lebanese-French University in Erbil. In 2000-2001 in the fourth cabinet he became the General Director of Culture and Media of the Ministry of Peshmerga and in 2002-2011 he was the General Director of the Supervision and Finance chamber Of the Kurdistan Regional Government. He knows Kurdish, Persian, Turkish and English.


Memoir of struggle 

 Aras Hesso Mirkhan in 1975 after the fail of September Revolution was a refugee with his family in Iran. In 1982 he joined the ranks of Kurdistan Student Union and in 1988 he joined the ranks of Kurdish Peshmerga forces and participated in the epic battle of Khwakurk.

In 1995, he became commander of the martyr Ali Hesso Battalion and was injured in the Qasre defense battle in the vicinity of Erbil governorate. In 1997, he was injured for the second time in the Defense battle of the Kurdistan Region in Amedi area of Duhok governorate In 2014, he participated in the war against ISIS forces in the Gwer-Makhmour front in the vicinity of Erbil governorate.

During his time working in the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, he has taken on many duties and responsibilities, such as, Head of the Zanko Committee of the of The Political bureau between The Refugee Students of the University and the Institutes of Iran (1990), the Deputy Head of the Peshmerga Organizing office (1998-2000), the Member of the office of The Presidential office (2000-2010), the Head of the Sixteenth Branch of Erbil suburbs areas (2011-2017). Responsible for the Investment agency of the Party (2020) and ... etc.

He was a representative of the eleventh (1993) and twelfth (1999) congresses in 2010 in the thirteenth congress he was elected as a member of the leadership Council of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 2022 in the fourteenth congress he was elected as a member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party's Central Committee and was elected.

Masoud Sallayi

Masoud Mustafa Kaka Hama Hussein, known as Masoud Sallayi, joined the Party ranks in 1964; in 1974 he became the administrator of the Khabat Region branch Committee, which included the General Directorates of the September Revolution.
