The martyr Abdul Khaliq Mulla Hassan Spindari-Barwari was born in 1940 in Spindar village in the Chamanki district of Barwari region. In his early youth, he joined schools and was one of the outstanding students. He was martyred on October 29, 1966 in Sangasar and was buried in the Shahidan Cemetery in the Sangasar region.

He was one of the founders of the Kurdistan Students Union. In 1960, the martyr Abdul Khaliq was in charge of the students of Duhok. He started organizing among the students and had cultural activities and spread news and activities of the revolution among the students. Because of his great love for the revolution, he left his studies and joined the ranks of the heroic Peshmerga.
In 1963, he joined the ranks of the Faris Kurmarki Regiment. Due to his experience and intelligence, he assumed the position of Deputy Commander of the Regiment. Leader Mustafa Barzani took an interest in him in appreciation of his sacrifices and distinguished heroism, and he was one of his admirers. The martyr participated in many battles and heroic epics, including the Battle of Wadi Duhok, the Battle of Lomana, the Battle of Amedi Beri Kar, the Battle of Zozk, the Battle of Hendrin, the Battle of Garwiya Omar Agha, and other battles.
He was martyred on October 29, 1966, in the Battle of Sangasar and was buried in the Shahidan Cemetery in the Sangasar region.
