This is the second book in the series "60 Years of the September Revolution (1961-1975)." It includes an important statement, as well as an introduction and an appendix containing various documents. The documents are organized chronologically, covering the years between 1961 and 1982 and featuring British perspectives on the Kurdish issue and the rise of a new revolution in South Kurdistan. The information in the documents was written and submitted to British authorities by diplomats, ambassadors, and journalists.
