The book "60 Years of the September Revolution (1961-1975)" is a comprehensive account of the Palestinian journalism during the September Revolution. It is the fifth volume in the series and is organized into an introduction, two discussions, an appendix, and newspaper photographs.
The first part of the book delves into the political developments in Iraqi Kurdistan from February 8 to June 10, 1963. This period is significant as it marks the outbreak of the February 8, 1963 revolution and the Kurdish position on it. The book describes the negotiations between the government and the Kurdish revolution, the political developments in Kurdistan after the victory of the Ba'athist revolution in Syria, the Koya Congress and its decisions, and the complex situation in Kurdistan.
The second discussion in the book is about political developments in Iraqi Kurdistan from June 10 to November 18, 1963. This period saw the resumption of war in Kurdistan and the Soviet Union's position on foreign intervention in Kurdistan. The book explores the political events in Kurdistan until the November 18, 1963 revolution.
