The first part covers two topics focused on the government's surveillance of Mustafa Barzani's movements and his internal and external relationships. The second part includes two topics about Barzani's supervision of fighting and the GALALA congress. The third part comprises three topics that discuss Barzani's stance on the agreements made on February 10, 1964, June 29, 1966, and March 11, 1970.
