The Difficult Path to Independence in the Memoirs of Taymaz Arab

This book is dedicated to the memoirs of a Peshmerga of the Second Barzan Revolution and the Republic of Kurdistan, and the crossing during the historical march of Mela Mustafa Barzani and his companions to the former Soviet Union. The topics are organized by time and events and by section, consisting of an introduction, nine sections, and a photo album.

The book generally discusses the life and struggle of Taymaz Arab and his exile. The most important topics are the withdrawal of the Barzan army toward Eastern Kurdistan in 1945, the crossing toward the Soviet Union and the beginning of the hardships, the outbreak of the Aylul Revolution, the negotiations and the March 11 Agreement, and the outbreak of the Gulan Revolution.
