Pirot Ahmad Ibrahim, also known as Dr. Pirot, joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in 1968. On December 12, 1989, he was elected a member of the Central Committee of the KDP by the delegates of the 10th Congress.

Piro Hamad Ibrahim, a Peshmerga and comrade of Barzani to the Soviet Union, was born in 1925 in the village of Kelet, Shamdinan district, North Kurdistan. He was a Peshmerga in the Kurdistan Republic in Mahabad and participated in an artillery course he was head of the branch. In 1983, He was massacred.
