Wahab Ali Rahman Jawamer hailed from a humble background, was born in 1963 in the village of Sarqaiser in the Biaray district of the Hawraman region, engaging in livestock farming and attending primary school. In 1982, he joined the Ababayli Organization of the Halabja Regional Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) as a Peshmerga. Under the leadership of Hamataqe, their organization was headquartered in Karajal and Shushkanawi in the Hawraman region.
During his tenure as a Peshmerga, Wahab Ali Rahman Jawamer faced adversity on multiple occasions. In 1984, he sustained injuries in the battle of Ahmad Awa, and in 1985, he fell victim to an ambush orchestrated by the Ba'ath regime in the Sharazoor plain. Despite these setbacks, his dedication and valor were recognized, and he was promoted to the rank of sector commander in the Fairoz Biarey Battalion of the Hawraman Forces of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in 1985.
In 1991, Wahab Ali Rahman Jawamer actively participated in the Kurdistan people's uprising, contributing to the liberation of various districts such as Hawraman, Penjwen, Nalpariz, Sharazoor plain, Halabja, Darbandikhan, Arbat, Sulaimani, and Kirkuk. However, their efforts were met with tragedy when they were ambushed by the Ba'ath regime upon entering the Khalid military base in Kirkuk. Wahab Ali Rahman, along with six of his comrades, lost their lives in this attack, and their bodies were left behind. Among the fallen were Lieutenant Jawamer, Dr. Hiwa Hama Ali (known as Dr. Hiwa), Sardar Mohammed (Sardar Balkhay), Warya, Abid). Additionally, Ahmad Balkhai, and Hawraman Osman sustained severe injuries. Regrettably, the grave of Wahab Ali Rahman remains unknown, making him one of the martyrs whose final resting place remains a mystery.
