Jabar, also known as Jabar Hamakhan or Jabar Rash, bravely sacrificed his life during this incident. Born in 1963 in Mamanaway village of Nalparez district in Penjwen, he was primarily involved in farming and completed his primary education in Parazan village. Later, he relocated to Said Sadiq district to pursue his secondary education. During this time, he became affiliated with the Suren Organization of the Darbandikhan District Committee, which was a branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party led by Sabir Alakaram.
Jabbar's involvement in multiple activities was swiftly brought to light, in 1979 he ventured into the mountains and became a member of the Martyr Abubakr Bani Banoki Battalion, which was part of the Suren Force of the Darbandikhan Committee.
Throughout his service, Jabar actively participated in significant battles such as Razla and Parazan in 1981, the battle of Suren Mountain, the battle of Karadag, the battle of Gulan, and guerrilla activities in the Sharazoor plain.
Tragically, on July 15, 1982, Jabar and five of his comrades lost their lives in the Khurmal district, specifically between the Nawe and Kaneskani villages. They unintentionally stumbled upon a minefield while being ambushed by soldiers from the Ba'ath regime. Initially, a mine explosion injured one of their comrades named Kamal, exposing their location. Subsequently, they were ruthlessly attacked from the ambush, resulting in Jabar being struck by multiple bullets and ultimately martyred. His brothers, Hassan and Kamal, also sustained injuries but managed to escape.
