Hassan Mohammed Kaki Mohammed

Martyr Hassan Mohammed was a Peshmerga fighter who played a significant role in the May Revolution. Throughout his career, he encountered one injury. Unfortunately, in 1982, he was tragically martyred by a betrayer while serving as a Peshmerga. This individual seized his weapon and a portion of his body and surrendered to the Ba'athists.


Hassan Mohammed Kaki, also known as Hassan Hamasoor, born in 1957 in the village of Walasmti in Said Sadiq district, resided in the village and worked as a farmer. He received education up until primary school. Hassan Hamasoor was married to Amina Mahmoud. In 1981, he joined Hamasaleh Qadir's detachment as a Peshmerga, which was part of the battalion led by Martyr Abubakr Bani, within the headquarters of the Suren force of the fourth branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). He actively participated in various battles, including the Nawgardan battle in 1981, the Razla and Parazan battles in the same year, and the Mount Gulan battle in 1982. During the Nawgardani village battle in Sharazoor plain, he sustained an injury. He engaged in rebellious activities within the Sharazoor plain. Tragically, on September 18, 1982, Hassan Hamasoor was shot in the head by a traitor on the defense battlefield. Subsequently, he relinquished his weapon and a portion of his body to the Ba'ath regime.

Jalal Mohammed Ahmad

Martyr Jalal Mohammed Ahmad served as a Peshmerga during the May Revolution. Throughout his Peshmerga career, he encountered two occurrences of injury. In 1982, he was apprehended by the Sulaimani security forces and subsequently executed. Jalal Mohammed Ahmad was born in 1962 in the village of Dula Suri, located in the Nalparez district of Penjwen district. He grew up as a villager and received education up until primary school.

Salih Rashid Salih Murad

Martyr Salih Rashid, a Peshmerga during the September Revolution, attained the rank of branch clerk. Tragically, he was shot and killed in 1969 during an Iraqi military attack on the Peshmerga positions. Salih Rashid Salih, also known as Faqe Salih, was born in 1950 in the village of Razlay in the Nalparez district of Penjwen. He worked as a farmer and completed his primary education in the village before relocating to Penjwen to pursue religious studies and mullah classes.
