Conducting the Congress:

Fourteenth Congress of Kurdistan Students Union, was held on November 3 and 4, 2012, in Shahid (Martyr)  Saad Abdullah Hall, Erbil, in the presence of Fazel Mirani, Secretary of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and Masrour Barzani, member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and advisor to the Kurdistan Regional Security Council1.

After reading the speeches of the participants and preparing the reports of the committees, the secretary and members of the secretariat were elected as follows:

1- Fatih Mohammad Kaka Ahmad known as Fatih Malwawi Zadeh - Secretary

2- Ahmad Bzhar Fazel

3- Kovan Isa Bahaaddin

4- Hassan Alidin

5- Hiwa Majid

6- Sulaiman Mohsen

7- Sharif Fatah

8- Sarbast Safti2

The new organizational structure of the Kurdistan Students Union included departments, school committees, university and institute committees, regional committees, branches, secretariat offices and secretaries.
