Ahmad Ali Ahmad Mustafa, also known as Ahmadi Sheikh Ali, was born in 1951 in the Biara district of Halabja province, resided in Biara and was primarily engaged in agricultural and horticultural activities. He was married to Suham Majid and had three sons, Sirwan, Hemn, and Omar, as well as two daughters, Amina and Maryam. Unfortunately, his daughter Maryam fall victim to the chemical attack on Halabja on March 16, 1988.
In 1981, he joined the Peshmerga forces of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in Hawraman. Due to his influential presence in the social circles of Hawraman and Halabja, he was transferred to the headquarters of the fourth branch, led by Nader Hawrami, who was both the head of the branch and the commander of the Hawraman forces. Throughout his Peshmerga career, Ahmad Ali Ahmad suffered three severe injuries. In 1983, he was gravely wounded in Tapakura village in the Sharazoor plain. In 1984, he sustained serious injuries in Shirmari village, also located in the Sharazoor plain. Lastly, in 1986, he was severely wounded in the village of Basharati, situated in the plain of Sharazoor.
In recognition of his dedication and valor, he was promoted to the rank of battalion commander for the Hawraman forces of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in 1985. Tragically, in April 1987, he was shot and martyred during an encounter with the Ba'ath regime's army in the Yellow Mountain of the Karadag region.
