Abdullah Hassan Ibrahim, known as Shawkat Hasko Dolamari, was born in 1963 in the village of Khoshkan, Mergasor District, Erbil Governorate. He is married. In 1984, he became a refugee in the country of Iran and resided in the city of Naghadeh. In 1991, he returned to Southern Kurdistan and resided in the village of Khoshkan; he is currently a resident of the city of Erbil.
On May 9, 1980, he joined the ranks of the Peshmerga of the Provisional Leadership of the Party and became a Peshmerga with Commander Safar Suleiman Dolamari. The same year, he became a Peshmerga in the 2nd Branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party under the command of Dr. Saeed Ahmed Nadir and worked within the mobile detachments in the Dolamari, Shirwan, Bradost, and Surchi regions. During his struggle, he participated in several military activities, including: the Mazne battle on July 21, 1980, the Rezan battle on August 31, 1980, the Hassan Beg Gorge battle on May 31, 1981, and the Khoshkan Bawe Gorge battle on January 28, 1981. In 1988, he participated in the Khwakurk battle and was wounded on August 18, 1988, on Katkin Mountain. After the battle, he was transferred to Eastern Kurdistan.
In 1991, he returned via Haji Omaran to participate in the uprising in the Soran and Mergasor areas, and participated in the Kori battle. After the 1992 elections, he was made a company commander and then transferred to the Barzan Army as commander of the First Regiment in the First Axis. In 1997, he was given the rank of commander of the 10th Force of the Barzani Command and continued until 2006. In 2013, due to his disability as a result of his wounds from the Katkin Mountain, Saqala Mazuri, and Kishkay Khoshnaweti battles, he was retired with the rank of Brigadier General.
On December 15, 2010, at the 13th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, due to the services he provided to the Kurd and Kurdistan, by the President Masoud Barzani he was awarded the Barzani the Immortal Medal.
