Martyr Salim Hussein Haji Mustafa Razzaq was born in 1966 in the village of Besha, belonging to Choman District in Erbil Governorate. He studied through primary school and was married.
In 1980, he joined the clandestine organizations of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1982, he became responsible for the Martyr Fikri Organization in the Balek Area Committee and continued clandestine organizational work until 1991. During the spring uprising of 1991, while participating in the uprising and the liberation of Erbil from the institutions of the Ba'ath regime, he was martyred by the Iraqi Army in the Shawais community.
