In 1963, he returned to the village of Pareniyan with seven friends for a one-night rest. Information about them was provided, and late at night, a group of Iraqi soldiers and mercenaries of that time surrounded the village. As dawn approached, the house was surrounded. In order to prevent clashes and for the safety of his seven friends, Sabir surrendered to that force.
