Rustam Muhammad Rashid Qamar was born in the year 1947 in the village of Qalbaza, affiliated with Zarrayan sub-district. He was a villager and engaged in farming. Rustam Muhammad's wife's name was Bahia Fatah, his son's name is Faruq, and his daughter's name is Munira.
Struggle RecordRustam Muhammad Rashid Qamar in the year 1969 became a Peshmerga in the Sixth Branch of Muhammad Faraj, affiliated with the Fourth Battalion of Qaradagh, under the command of Lieutenant Saifullah, affiliated with the Qaradagh Force of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and in the year 1974, he attained the rank of Squad Leader. On the date of April 13, 1974, he was wounded in the Battle of Qaradagh. On May 12, 1974, on Gulan Mountain near Derbandikhan district, he was hit by a bullet during a confrontation with the soldiers of the Ba'ath regime and the Communists, and he was martyred.
