Martyr Rasul Ahmad Rasul Ali was born in 1925 in Rajukerani village in Khanqah Valley, belonging to Rawanduz district of Erbil Governorate. He was a villager engaged in farming, was illiterate, and had not married.
In 1962 he joined the Peshmerga forces of the September Revolution, in the 4th Battalion of the Balak Forces. He took part in the battles of Handren and Korek and in the Rawanduz area. In 1974 he was martyred in Qasre by bombing from Iraqi regime aircraft.
