Martyr Nuri Ismail Suleiman Argoshi Mizuri was born in Year 1970 in the village of Argosh, Shirwan Mazn sub-district, Mergasor district, Erbil Governorate. In Year 1978, they were displaced by the Iraq government and settled in the Harir forced complex. He studied up to the middle stage in the town of Harir.
In Year 1982, he joined the secret organizations of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and became a member of the main Agrin cell, affiliated with the Shaqlawa Regional Committee, and his secret name was Jangin. In Year 1987, he was arrested for 15 days at the Gali Ali Beg checkpoint, which was affiliated with the Ba'ath regime, and was held in the Khalifan prison.
In Year 1988, after visiting the Party's Branch Two in Khurwatan and Bawian secretly, while returning from the Balisan Valley, he was arrested by a special force of the Iraqi Army and was later martyred.
