Martyr Muzaffar Hussein Hama Amin Hasan was born in 1956 in Delzian village, belonging to the town of Diana in Erbil Governorate. He was a villager engaged in farming.

In 1961, he joined the Aylul Revolution, became a Peshmerga in the Balak Force, and took part in the battles of Gali Ali Beg, Rawanduz, Omer Agha Valley and Sertiz. In 1974, he became a refugee in Iran. In 1983, he and a group of his comrades at Merga Karwan near Kelashin fell into an ambush by the Democratic Party of Iran and were martyred.
