Martyr Mihemed Heme Xalib Seîd Mihemed was born in 1969 in the village of Şeşkê, which belongs to the Xurmal sub-district of Sulaymaniyah province. He was a primary school graduate, married, and had two sons and two daughters.
In 1985, he joined the Peshmerga forces of the Gulan Revolution and became a Peshmerga in the Halabja District Committee, which was under the Fourth Branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
In 1988, he participated in the epic of Xwakurk in the Sidekan sub-district. He was martyred in one of the Iraqi army's attacks on the Peshmerga forces and was buried right there on the Xwakurk mountain.
