Masoud Mustafa Kaka Hama Hussein, known as Masoud Salayi, joined the ranks of the Party in the Year 1964, and in the Year 1974 became an administrator of the Khabat District Committee, which included all the general secretariats of Aylul Revolution, in the Year 1984 he became a member of the media board of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, in the Year 1989 at the Tenth Congress he became a member of the Central Committee, in the Year 2005 he was appointed head of the Central Organization Bureau, and in the Year 2016 he was appointed head of the Oversight and Inspection Board.

Biography

Masoud Mustafa Kaka Hama Hussein, known as Masoud Salayi, was born in the city of Kirkuk in the Year 1948, studied in that city up to the preparatory stage, in the Year 1965 he completed the Teachers' Institute in the humanities department, in the Year 1966 he was accepted into the Law Department of the University of Baghdad, but in the second stage of university in the Year 1967 he dropped out, in the Year 1975 after the collapse of the Aylul Revolution he headed to the Kingdom of Iran and lived there as a refugee, and in the Year 1991 after the Uprising he returned to Kurdistan. He is proficient in Kurdish, Arabic, Turkish, Persian, and English.

Career

In the Year 1964 he joined the ranks of the Party, in the Year 1964 he was a Peshmerga in the city of Kirkuk, in the Year 1965 he was appointed head of the Dibis organizational committee affiliated with the Kirkuk District Committee affiliated with the Branch Three Committee, in the Year 1966 he participated in the Qaradagh battle on the border of Sulaymaniyah Governorate against the army of the Republic of Iraq, in the Year 1967 he was appointed head of the Kirkuk external organizational committee affiliated with the Kirkuk District Committee affiliated with the Branch Three Committee, in the Year 1967 when he was in the second year of the Law Department of the University of Baghdad, he was imprisoned and tortured by the group of Ibrahim Ahmad - Jalal Talabani, and was later handed over to the Iraqi General Security Agency, and because of that, he was deprived of education forever, and he was imprisoned in the Kirkuk prison and the Bab al-Shatt prison in the city of Mosul during the years (1967-1968).

 On October 6, 1986, he participated in the defense against the attack of the armed forces of the group of Ibrahim Ahmad - Jalal Talabani with the support of the Iraqi Army ground forces in the Jabari and Qara-Hassan area on the border of Kirkuk Governorate, and on October 13, 1968, under the command of Ali Qasim, known as Ali Shingali, a member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party , he participated in the battle of Mount Silbato on the border of Kirkuk Governorate against the forces of the group of Ibrahim Ahmad - Jalal Talabani, in the Year 1970 he was a representative to the 8th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party but he did not attend, in the Year 1974 he became an administrator of the Khabat District Committee, which included all the general secretariats of the Aylul Revolution, before the Year 1983 he worked in the administration department of the Political Bureau.

 On November 2, 1983, he was transferred as part of the editorial board to the media department, on December 12, 1983, he became an organizational member in the Political Bureau headquarters organizational committee, on July 16, 1985, he was appointed to the media editorial board, in the Year 1984 he became a member of the media board of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, in the Year 1985 he served in the Voice of Kurdistan radio, on October 5, 1985, he became a member of the branch committee in the Branch Two Committee, in the Year 1986 he was on the editorial board of Safin magazine, the organ of the Branch Two Committee, in the Year 1986 he was appointed as an administrator of the Branch Three Committee, on April 1, 1987, he participated in the 53rd anniversary celebration of the founding of the Iraqi Communist Party in the Qaradagh area, during the years (1986-1987) he was the editor-in-chief of Babagurgur magazine, in the Year 1989 he was elected by the Congress representatives as a member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (Tenth Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party), and on January 13, 1990, he was appointed as a member of the media committee.

 In the Year 1991 he participated in the Uprising of Southern Kurdistan, in the Year 1993 he was elected by the Congress representatives as a member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Unified (Eleventh Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party), in the Year 1993 he was appointed head of the Kirkuk Branch Three Committee, on November 15, 1994, as a representative of President Masoud Barzani in the city of Erbil, he participated in the first day of the founding congress of the Kurdistan Socialist Democratic Party, in the Year 1994 he became a member of the Central Organization Bureau and after a while was appointed head of the Central Organization Bureau, in the Year 1995 he published articles in Brayati newspaper, the organ of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Unified, on February 8, 1996, for the purpose of participating in the seventeenth anniversary of the success of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, he visited the city of Tehran accompanied by the delegation of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Unified, on Monday, July 28, 1997, accompanied by President Masoud Barzani in the city of Erbil, he participated in the opening of the Fourth Congress (Equality Congress).

 In the Year 1997 he was an instructor of the organization course at the Cadre Institute of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in the city of Erbil, in the Year 1999 he was elected by the Congress representatives as a reserve member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (Twelfth Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party) in the third ranking, in the Year 2000 he received a delegation of Arab intellectuals, in the Year 2001 he was an instructor of the organization, program, and internal regulations course of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Unified in the city of Erbil, on Thursday, November 29, 2001, accompanied by President Masoud Barzani in the city of Erbil, he participated in the graduation ceremony of the twelfth session of the Cadre Training Institute.

On Thursday, June 6, 2002, in the town of Pirmam, he participated in the joint meeting of the two Political Bureaus of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, and they discussed the electricity problem and the federal project, and from February 14, 2004, to April 14, 2004, he was an instructor of the organization course in the fourteenth session of the Cadre Institute. Kurdistan Democratic Party in the town of Pirmam, the years (2004-2010) was a member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party , in 2005 he was made the head of the Central Organization Bureau, in 2007 he was an instructor of the organization course in the sixteenth session of the Cadre Institute of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in the city of Erbil, in 2016 he was made the head of the Supervisory and Inspection Board, on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, in the city of Erbil, he participated in the opening of the 8th Congress (Peshmerga Congress) of the Kurdistan Democratic Youth Union.
