Martyr Hussein Rasul Ahmed Rasul was born in 1968 in the town of Pirmam, affiliated with the Shaqlawa district in Erbil province. He was literate and married. He was martyred in 1997.
In 1991, after the popular uprising in South Kurdistan, he joined the organizations of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1994, he joined the Peshmerga Forces of Kurdistan and became a Peshmerga in the Zrar Malaki Regiment, affiliated with the 3rd Special Army. On July 10, 1997, he was martyred in the civil war at Kapki Hamad Agha in the Harir sub-district.
